Job Description C-130 Field Service Representative (FSR), Airframe/Systems (APG), to advise and assist the customer on all matters pertaining to the daily maintenance, inspection, logistics and operation of the C-130J Aircraft and its installed systems. Requires extensive knowledge and experience on the aircraft mechanical & utility systems and structure. Minimum of five years recent experience on C-130 Hercules Aircraft desired, preferably the C-130J. Must possess a good working knowledge of aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and all mechanical systems. A good working knowledge of propulsion systems including engine, propeller and Auxillary Power Unit (APU) systems. Experience to include installation, troubleshooting, operation, modification and inspection methods relative to the installed systems. This position involves significant and continuous interface with customer personnel at all levels at the customer’s operational location. Therefore, candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with mature professional appearance and behavior. Selected candidate must be proficient in computer software programs and tools to include Microsoft Office and Excel. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Candidate must be willing to travel and accept assignment to any location for which selected, domestic or international. Selected candidate must be willing to deploy and/or take field assignments with minimum advance notice. Must be willing to consider hardship and hazardous duty location assignments. Assignments vary in duration and are typically unaccompanied. Candidate must be able to pass an overseas physical.
