Job Description Contractor will assume duties as platform instructors and deploy on field-training exercises serving as instructor, mentor and counselors alongside active duty military and DoD civilian instructors. HUMINT training consists of but is not limited to classroom lecture, small group instruction, or practical exercise-based training and is delivered either in-resident or facilitated in an external training facility. The courses offered by DCHC require SMEs with diverse backgrounds within the HUMINT community. Contractor must have experience working in DoD as either a credentialed CE Special Agent or certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of seven (7) years experience working in an operational environment and in all phases of the recruitment cycle. Contractor shall have a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant operational experience directly involved in human source operations as either a source handler or desk officer.
