Title: Instructional Designer

Regions Bank seeks an experienced training professional to join our Corporate Training department and support our internal clients by performing project management and executing the full ADDIE cycle of instructional design including consulting with clients on training needs analysis, identification of potential instructional strategies, selection and design of optimum solutions(s) and deliverables, development and implementation of training programs and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Conduct needs analyses to identify all important training needs for internal clients; design and develop curricula and courseware; measure and evaluate training effectiveness; perform project management of internally and externally developed training projects.
Experience in designing course content for instructor led and web-based training programs
Experience using the ADDIE or comparable instructional system design (ISD) model
Experience in designing and developing for numerous delivery methods
Project management experience
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, a minimum of 3 years instructional design experience and proficiency with desktop publishing software. A Master’s degree in Instructional Design or similar coursework and banking industry experience are preferred.
This position may be filled at an E06, E07 or E08 grade level depending on skills and experience.
This position will support the Advice, Guidance and Education program for Consumer Banking.
