          Metaldyne Maintenance Technician A in Noth Vernon Indiana United States

          Description/Job Summary
          2nd & 3rd Shift Machining Department Maintenance Tech's
          Maintenance Tech:Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology or equivalent and/or a minimum of 5 years of work experience.Candidate must posses a strong knowledge of Electro / Mechanical Automation.


          Troubleshooting and repair complex CNC machining, robotics, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment through a variety
          of methods.



          Is able to perform service work on air and coolant lines.



          Rebuild and/or repair as well as reassemble machines and equipment.



          Is able to use test equipment such as AC/DC volt, Ohm meters, etc. to troubleshoot and gage repaired equipment.



          Connect hydraulic lines to new fixtures and test to insure the equipment is functioning properly.



          Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic components, valves, cycliners, and pressure regulators.



          Is able to perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment as prescribed.
