Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Processors for a Mortgage Closer position. The Mortgage Closer handles the preparation of loan closing packages ensuring that all documentation is completed and accurate for a timely and efficient closing. This position requires a detail-oriented person with excellent organization skills and a thorough understanding of the loan process.

Job Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Closer you will handle the preparation of loan closing packages; assembling and compiling documents for closings, such as title abstracts, insurance forms, loan forms, and tax receipts.
Additional responsibilities:
Verifying and examining information and accuracy of closing documents
Preparing and typing closing documents, legal documents, letters, forms, government notices, and checks, using computers
Calculating, reviewing, and correcting errors on interest, principal, payment, and closing costs, using computers or calculators
Checking value of customer collateral to be held as loan security

Job Requirements
This role requires excellent organization skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional requirements:
High school diploma
Experience in the mortgage/loan industry
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
